One of the most common excuses I hear for not being able to exercise is not having time. Now I know modern life can leave us feeling like this – what with working, cooking, being a parent or carer and running a home, time can sometimes be limited for other things. However, we all have the same 24 hours in each day and it’s what you decide to do with those hours that might make the difference between you and the next person who seems to have time to be ‘always working out’.
Well, our January Bootcamp is now underway, and we're already starting to look ahead to our next taster and Bootcamp. The February taster takes place in w/b 20 February, when we'll be offering early morning, mid-morning and evening/weekend sessions at Hazlemere Recreation Ground, and early morning sessions at Aylesbury. Our next four-week Bootcamp follows straight on from the taster, starting in w/b 27 February, with Bootcamps on offer at the same times and locations as for the taster.
