My last blog post covered the topic of ‘not having enough time’ to exercise. This week I thought I’d be a bit topical and look at the excuse of the weather – especially with the snowfall we had in the High Wycombe area on Saturday night and with more promised!
One of the most common excuses I hear for not being able to exercise is not having time. Now I know modern life can leave us feeling like this – what with working, cooking, being a parent or carer and running a home, time can sometimes be limited for other things. However, we all have the same 24 hours in each day and it’s what you decide to do with those hours that might make the difference between you and the next person who seems to have time to be ‘always working out’.
