Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking or attending classes.

Pay-as-you-go classes

Most pay as you go classes are £5 per person per sesion, with the exception of Circuits at Wycombe Hospital on a Wednesday evening which is £3.50 per session. These classes are payable on the day of the class at the start of the class.

Zumba at La Roche Leisure on a Saturday is £3.50 for members and £6 for non-members pay as you go.

Class passes

Class passes are available to purchase to use at certain pay-as-you-go classes as specified on the class timetable.

10 class passes are available to purchase at a cost of £45.00 in advance and the pass is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. ie you have 4 months in which to attend the 10 classes.

5 class passes are available to purchase at a cost of £23.50 in advance and the pass is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase i.e, you have 2 months in which to attend the 5 classes.

Once purchased, class passes cannot be refunded. All sessions must be used prior to the expiry date shown on the pass. The pass cannot be used after the expiry date and any unused sessions will be lost. No refunds will be available.

Passes cannot be transferred to another person.

Courses

Classes that are run as courses or block bookings require payment in full prior to the course commencing. Spaces cannot be reserved unless full payment has been made, and spaces are available on a first come first served basis. This includes Zumba, Fitness Pilates, Boxercise and Bootcamp.

If you are booked on a course and you miss any of the sessions, we are more than happy for you to attend another class to replace the missed session, by prior arrangement and subject to availability. Please note that the sessions must be attended by the end of the course or block booking you are attending and can't be carried over to the next course.

One-to-one training, massage and nutrition advice

Bookings for one-to-one training and nutrition advice require payment in full prior to the start of any of the sessions.

Payment for massage should be made in full on the day of the treatment.

Payment options

Payment can be made by cash, cheque (made payable to Pyramid Health and Fitness), credit or debit card, or paypal. Please note payments made by credit and debit card, or paypal will be subject to a 4% fee.

Refund Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Please note:

For all one-to-one training session, courses, block bookings, taster sessions, nutrition and massage appointments.

If you choose to cancel your place or session 7 days before the start date or more we will refund the full amount minus any deposits.

If you cancel with less than 7 days you will only get 50% of the full amount back.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will only get 25% of the full amount back.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will not receive any refund.

No refunds are available on 5 or 10 class passes.
