About Me:

I am a mummy of three demanding young children and if I'm not exercising then they certainly keep me on the go!

Having had a fast paced career in Marketing in my previous life, I decided to follow my dreams and train as an aerobics instructor 2 years ago and it's one of the best things I've ever done! Although it was done in between changing nappies and school runs!!

I have lots of energy, love keeping fit and enjoy motivating others too. I can really understand the challenges faced by others, who try to juggle everything and endeavour to be the 'fit, healthy, super woman,' in this crazy world. So come along and I would love to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Likes:

Spending time with family & friends, retail therapy, reading and travelling i.e. when I get the chance to escape!

Dislikes:

Snakes - can't even watch them on TV

Can't go wrong with a spicy curry and that's another way to kick start your metabolism!! I also love Thai food!

Zumbalicious, Aerobics & Body Conditioning and Pilates

Something About Me No-one Knows:

In my early years on this planet I use to play the baja (aka an indian piano) and sing hymns at the local Sikh temple every Sunday! How good was I?!!
