Having had a fast paced career in Marketing in my previous life, I decided to follow my dreams and train as an aerobics instructor 2 years ago and it's one of the best things I've ever done! Although it was done in between changing nappies and school runs!!
I have lots of energy, love keeping fit and enjoy motivating others too. I can really understand the challenges faced by others, who try to juggle everything and endeavour to be the 'fit, healthy, super woman,' in this crazy world. | Something About Me No-one Knows: | In my early years on this planet I use to play the baja (aka an indian piano) and sing hymns at the local Sikh temple every Sunday! How good was I?!! |
