Hello everyone!

Hope everyone is having a great summer break so far (and still managing to keep some fitness going on holidays!) What have you been up to? have you been away, or having days out with the kids? Would love to know what everyone has been doing, so let us know!

After a couple of weeks off, it's back to business as usual tonight with classes starting again. I know i'm definitely looking forward to it after 2 rather good weeks (rather too good with the half board!!!) away. So come and join us again this week to keep those fitness levels up! We also have lots coming up over the next few months, to keep those summer vibes going and see us in to the autumn (and winter! brrrrrrr!) so check out below and we also need your feedback about a possible NEW Tuesday class and potential classes on a Thursday evening. Please let us know your thoughts.

So events and one offs we have coming up soon:

Tuesday 29th August - 6pm - 6.50pm - Stretch and Tone Pilates one off session at West Wycombe Village Hall - just £7 per person in advance (just £5 for an of our regular Tuesday pilates goers!) Come and give the class a try before signing up to the next block, or get an extra session in before we start again!

Tuesday 5th September - 6pm - Fitness Pilates next 6 week block starts. Just £42 per person in advance to secure a place. Great for building strength and stamina and working on those core muscles and strengthening and lengthening muscles. Also great for relaxation and an hour of stress free 'me' time! Week commencing 11th September sees the start of our next early morning Bootcamp! (and maybe the last one for this year, depending on the dark mornings!) Sunday 24th September is our next Meditation, Relaxation and stress busting workshop - 1.30pm to 5.30pm at Widmer End Village Hall. Come and de-stress after the summer holidays! Some of us might need it after 6 weeks of no school!! Cost is £40 per person in advance. For all the info, head over to our Facebook event at

Friday 29th September 7.00pm - 9.00pm Come and join us for a Fabulous Clubbercise Charity event In High Wycombe. Tickets are £10 each in advance, which includes some drinks and nibbles afterwards too :o) Come and join us and help raise money for some great causes.

Sunday 1st October we are organising a bike ride (and lunch!) somewhere not too far away - location TBC. Maybe aiming for around 15 odd miles. Again, see the facebook event over at This a FREE event - you'll just need money for lunch!

Friday 24th November sees us heading out for this years Christmas Do! Before all the December mayhem starts! We will be heading for a meal at Zizi in High Wycombe and then on to Tropicana nights at the Wycombe swan, to dance the night away to cheesy 80's tunes! if you don't want to do both you could just attend the meal, or just attend the do! So, quite a few events going on over the coming months and we have some others as well such as Marlow Half Marathon and London to Brighton bike ride next year! If you are intersted in these, then it's not too late! Send me a message to

Now, for the next bit I need your help!

So, on a Tuesday am thinking of running a BEGINNERS Fitness Pilates class at 8pm - would this be something you would be interested in? It would be aimed at total beginners and those who may not have done pilates for a long time. Class would be at Millbrook School in Sands in High Wycombe. Let me know!

Also, I am looking at Thursday evening classes as they've not performed as well as they should over the past few months, so feedback is required please for Thursday evenings for the following:

1. Prepaid bootcamp run on half termly basis

2. Prepaid pilates run on half termly basis

3. Monthly 'pop up' sessions of various classes with 90 minute sessions and different styles of session e.g. Bootcamp, stretch and tone, lbt, kettle bells, circuits, cheesy aerobics etc

4. Any other ideas?!
